Cancellation Policy

Leal Virtual Care values your time and strives to provide timely care to all patients.

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

Missed appointments or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Patients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule their appointment.

Telehealth visits are reserved specifically for each patient; therefore, repeated missed appointments may result in refusal of future scheduling.

If you experience technical difficulties during your telehealth visit, please contact us immediately.
